Visonic Power master Alarm

Hi all

I can set my alarm via the key fobs and unset the alarm before it sets..

But when the alarm has been set and it goes off  the key fobs and the key pad is unable to unset it. Then you have to go to the panel and unset it from there

I have deleted and reinstalled the fobs

Any ideas

Check operation mode is set to EN-50131 , disarm option any time.
