Great price but it says usually despatched in 7-9 weeks! What is that all about??

Maybe its out of stock ? They also have a deal where for the same £169 you get the floodlight and an Echo Show 5.

Any idea what happens in a scenario like that? Are they duty bound to honour it at that price even if it takes a few months?
