Tom Hanks is perfect as usual in this brilliant fantasy comedy about a young boy who's wish to become big comes true. Tom Hanks is one of the best actors EVER and he gives a great performance here as Joshua 'Josh' Baskin. The script to the movie is written by none other than the best director in the world Steven Spielbergs sister Anne Spielberg and I can say it's a brilliant script. It really did deserve the Oscar nomination it received as did Tom Hanks for his superb acting. They really should of won though. Well, all that's left to say now is that Big is a must-see for everyone. It's a brilliant movie and I give it a 10/10.
