Hi. Can anyone advise.
I have a Raumfeld Connector 2 connected to a stereo amplifier using RCA leads.
I have taken the 90 day Amazon HD music trial. I am streaming to the Connector from my phone.
My question is, "how do I know if the stream is UHD or HD." There is no way that I can see where the Raumfeld App shows the sample rate. Probably a stupid question but desperate to know what is actually getting to my speakers.
Thanks.
Not familiar with your setup .. but i have Amazon HD and it has the streaming quality in the app beside the song HD/UHD and the occasional blank.. if the app is embedded in your setup .. then kindly disregard this reply.
Yes the 44.1 khz is UHD ..I Also have Deezer HIFI and there HIFI has 1'411kbps yet played through HI-RES enabled Speakers and streaming devices sound no better than Amazon Music HD if that good.
No the UHD can be 44.1 and also up to 192khz on devices that are equipped to stream at the higher rate it gives the best possible quality dependent on the device ... as i use my desktop to fill my music library it's only capable of streaming at 44.1khz...once i stream to a device that can take 192khz it adjust's the quality.
