So I’m away for a few days and the place I’m staying has free WiFi provided by SkyWifi/TheCloud only I can’t get signed in. Login and password is ok, but after this step I get a message that says “your account isn’t active please contact customer services”. Of course they don’t provide the details of where to contact so I’m hoping one of you helpful people know. I thought perhaps there were too many devices registered, so I went through the process of managing devices, but guess what, you have to sign in!
Any tips?
Ps: I used to be a sky broadband customer but currently
Only a sky tv subscriber as they don’t supply broadband to where I live now. Could this be related? |
