So my Samsung S8 when switched off will not charge and says there is moisture on the charging port. Its never been in water or got wet ever. It will charge fine when the phone is switched on. I have been in system recovery and wiped the cache and also in settings and USB and cleared that and still the issue is there. The phone is up to date with regards to software. Any ideas? |
