Cheap Android palm size phone

I've had it with iPhones they've stopped being the simple easy to use phone. I've had one since the 3G and stopped upgrading from the 7(in fact I went back a model or two to the SE because they were also getting too big) I'm looking for an Android phone around the same size as the SE. All I want is to be able to use whatsapp, youtube and mainly play FLAC files. I don't care for make or flashy extras.
