Phone not accepting calls after reset

Ive had my note for about 18 months now and its been great but after a reset it wont accept incoming calls (if you ring it, its just dead for 10 secs then goes to voicemail)
I can make calls ok and send and receive texts, so its not blocked or locked.
In the phones settings it cant find my number it just comes up unknown.
It was a US import and has some AT&T stuff bundled with it.
Any ideas?

Would you be able to tell us the specific model of your phone? And what network you are on over here? We can then try and assist you further

Yes knowing what Note (4, 5, 6, 7, 8 ) it is might help us to help you.

Meanwhile make sure Do not disturb is switched off.

Settings > Sounds and vibration > Do not disturb
