Any compact waterproof phone I could use as a bike computer?

Previously I used a Samsung S5 mini which worked well, but I am in the market again, and was wondering if there's anything newer and better?

Useful features would be (and I know some of these are mutually exclusive):-

You could think from another side and get a normal phone, with a waterproof bracket/holder for it...
