you can use a budget or expensive rop of the range for both payg or on contract

Just a suggestion, if you're on the budget side I would highly suggest you look at the Xiaomi phones. Best budgets phones with amazing specs. I personally bought the Redmi Note 7.

If you're looking for a cheap yet durable phone, I suggest you check out Nokia 6.1 Plus. Nokias stand the test of time, and I've seen the actual one before - really worth the price!
