What extras will next year's 5G give me?

At home, 4G gives me 10 Mbps down and 4 Mbps down. Vodafone is offering 5G capped at 2 Mbps. They just don't seem to get it. Its promised in Reading but its not even in the City or Canary Wharf yet.  Why am I even bothering!!
