SAMSUNG Galaxy Grand Prime lighting glitch and white screens

Hi , i recently resetted my phone to factory and restored data with smart switch. Now i have a problem which is my lock screen background turns white despite having it set to another picture , youtube and other video streaming platforms also have a glitch which is when i press on my screen it just turns white and sometimes black but flashes the video sometimes. I hope someone can help with this problem before i factory reset again. thanks
