Got the game, its bloody brilliant.      
Playing as 2 or 3s, tend to be 30/100 - 50/100 range.  

Tried everything from yolo'ing in, kit whoring to survivalist and just hide for as long as possible.     
Its a cracking well thought out and I can see alot of hours being sunk into it.   

I felt bad dropping 25 notes on an alpha but its worth it.     

You gotta be on your toes for sure.

I bought the game, having looked at the minimum specs I thought it would be close with my laptop, but I had to play everything on very low settings, so have requested a refund through steam.

Shame really, as it looks a great game! Probably have to wait until it comes out on console

It only worked on Very low settings with not very good FPS. So yes I asked for a refund. There is a selection on the steam refund for not meeting minimum requirements and it says you can ask for a refund for any reason

I'm guessing you were hoping that your gear punched well above its weight and played at better settings then?

At least the refund system is there for everyone to at least try and see if works or not.

Got this last night and thought I'd do 3-4 solo rounds just to try it out. 10 rounds later, and having a lot of fun, I reluctantly had to stop my new routine of drop in wrong place/run loads to get back in the zone/get shot in the back while running/go again.

But seriously this is brilliant, you do have to be on your toes all the time, always looking for better gear while being careful not to get ambushed, really enjoying it. If anyone wants to try team up I should be on later in the evenings.

I finally played non-solo with a mate. Both on Discord.

Have to say, the game is hard but the squad dynamics and pure fear of moving just make it a laugh .

On my wishlist is better performance. I sometimes wonder how this game would have fared on the latest Frostbite engine as BF can do open world and large player counts really well. Also would be nice to have the first person only view to make it more hardcore.

Was as a duo with me mate.   

Good luck with some scar / m16s and 4x early on, really helped.  

That circle for last 20 or so players, get small real real quick.

Some more duo fun, top 5, top 8, top 9 and a few top 20s.  Thats people, not teams.   

The top 5 we were so unlucky.   Had got the drop of a few squads, 7 kills between us but unfortunatly we didnt get good loot so I had an uzi and shotgun, he had an ump and shotgun.    The last circles took us to a field with like 2 trees and some hay bails .. . they all had Scars n stuff ..

I see a lot of people playing this on my friends list. I have checked a couple of videos on YT and it looks interesting. I don't know if it was YT compression, but textures all looked quite low res. Is that the case, or just YT?
