Loved the movie and would recommend it

I always loved the symbols and imagery of Egyptian mythology. I read a lot about it growing up and even took a course to learn how to write in hieroglyphics. I knew that it would be great on the big screen and regardless what the "professional critics" said, I could not wait to see it. I agree that it won't win best picture of the year but if you are open to seeing an amazing cinematic imagery then you will love it. The base story has it's positive and negative but it made sense. Yes there was lots of CGI but it was perfect if you compare it to the 'Mummy' series of movies with Brendan Fraser. I can't wait to what it when it comes out on Blue-ray. Are there holes or Hmmm in the story yes but for me it was totally worth seeing it on the big screen. Hope that you can make your own decision and ignore critics....I always have and always will.
