Qualitative serious film about drug addicts

In the film, everything is absolutely wonderful without a happy-end. Lots of frank erotic scenes - I always feel some embarrassment at such moments) I also liked the crew of actors. I want to make a brief review... Actual movie, it is worth seeing and, of course, raising an unreasonably low rating.
