Hi,

which is the best ultra wide monitor for the money at the moment? I was hoping to keep it <£800 but can budget higher if worth the extra. Is HDR present in the new batch of monitors? I'm in no rush so if nothing around at the moment is up to the job I can wait,

No one can recommend a decent ultra wide monitor? Maybe they don't exist. Seems a lot of people are waiting for better quality panels to be released.

Oh well I'm in no rush.

Buy a freesync monitor. Nvidia work with the majority of freesync monitors nowadays and they are cheaper than the G sync counterparts.
10 bit monitors are available.
And monitors are a personal opinion in my opinion. Some prefer a bigger monitor, a higher resolution or higher refresh rate. Then there is ultra wide, and even super wide

looks to be a re-badged Samsung panel and at a bargain price.

Most reviews are pretty positive but you still have the panel lottery.

Do most games support ultra wide now?
