Hi

does the beta support VR and if so, anyone tried it?

i dont have VR but i thought ETS supported the Oculus?

The last beta build does... This one..............I am still waiting for official confirmation but on my machine at least it seems to be broken.  I submitted a ticket last night.

I had a feeling there may be issues given that it seems to be a lot of major changes to the graphics in this new build.  I hope it gets fixed......... the old build suffered greatly from stutter in VR in cities even in my high end set up and it sounds like the new beta fixes the stutter.

Good luck, hope it gets fixed.  I have noticed a major improvement in cities with the beta.  Previous with the game maxed it would drop to around 40fps in large cities.  Driving the other day i was maintaining 60fps

oh crap - i didnt realise the beta updates would be full rather than incremental.  another 1.2gb patch, i might have to bow out of the beta as i can download that amount quickly each time an update comes through

Got this in the recent steam sale for a couple of quid after seeing a YTuber playing it. It had me intrigued despite when I first heard of this game, I was like WTF, how can this be fun.

Have to say I'm loving it - great with the G27 (after getting a settings file off the forums).

Never thought I'd be going ooooh, ahhh at the scenery so much. Took a delivery to Bern in Switzerland last night and the scenery was very impressive.

Currently have a mid level Volvo - just updated to a 520bhp engine which has helped. Only upto level 6 though at the moment although I have now employed my first driver.

Its a great relaxing game. Im level 55 or something on last check and have around 65 million in the bank and 50  drivers. Anytime im fedup gaming i fire this up and enjoy the chilled out gaming
