It is a great racer, and since the 360 is made by microsoft I'm sure we can let it slip thoguh.
(seems like consoles are slowly turning into pc's anyway)
Anyway, game's I'm currently playing, in no order of preferance:
World of Warcraft - One Kingslayer (a few weeks back now) and now going through some of the pre cata event quests that is going on, and got the 'Tripping the rifts' achievement/feat of strength.
World of Warcraft PTR (patch 4.0.3) - not a lot happening here yet, bit more of the pre cata questline and some bug fixes, so same old at the mo.
Worms Reloaded - Bought in halloween sale, complated single player, so laggy online sometimes. Now playing through other game modes inc online, and, messing about with the level designer.
Very happy to see it going back to it's 2d goodness
Ghostbusters: The Video Game - If there were to be a third film, this would have been it.
Written I think by Harold Ramis and Bill Murry.
I first played this on PS3 as my mate bought it round to show me.
It is NOT often that I like games based on films, tv, cartoons and such, but this game seems to have an interesting storyline, some familiar faces (as you can see in my screenshots in that thread) and has great visuals, in my opinion at least.
The last ghostbusters game that I enjoyed was on the Sega Mastersystem I think, and this obviously takes the fun to a whole new level.
Fallout 3 (yes still) - Still not completed all the DLC, had the standard edition on the pc, seen that the DLC was about £7 each totalling way over £35 just for that, so....
Gave the standard edition to a mate for his birthday and bought my self Game of the Year edition for about £14.99
Fallout 3: Game Of The Year Edition PC Games Game - Play.com (UK) - Free Delivery
Which includes all DLC.
How they can charge £7odd each for the DLC, yet sell the full game with all DLC for Under half the cost is beyond me.
I also use mods to add quests, homes, items etc.... and helped bug test in middle stages of the RTS (real time settler) mod. A mod where you can build your own village etc....
Fallout Vegas - I'm not quite getting into this yet, just waiting for the patch to fix the issues of the fps dropping from 60 to 30-. Can't be bothered to use the .dll fix.
Metro 2033 - Completed this and soon going to start going through on the Ranger easy difficulty followed by the Ranger hard mode.
Bioshock - Originally started playing this on my 360, but had an accident with the disc, bought via steam deal for £3.49, and damn why didn't I just buy this on the pc in the first place
Mafia 2 Demo -
Just Cause 2 demo -
I heard that these games test your system a
bit and have good benchmarking, I liked the first and have good benchmarking, I liked the first
of these two games on console, so thought I'd
give them a try and they run pretty awesome
I'll be buying Mafia 2 first, but I'll wait till the price
plummet's in a few months.
Dirt 2 demo - I actually quite like this game, another future purchase after a price drop.
And finally:
Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War II - Loved the first games, and still love this one.
This time round instead of building and have level caps, you have a set number of squads to go through the missions, upgrading them along the way for an rpg-ish element.
Obviously I mainly just pick one or two and play them for a few days, then switch to another one or two, but these are basically the main games I am playing at the moment.
trisThen try to get the Alternate ending. |
