COD MW: not 60fps?

Hi folks,

Have recently upgraded to an rtx 2080ti and even with that, I not getting steady 60fps 4k with Ray tracing. Is that to be expected?

Best bet is to post up your entire system spec. Buying a better and more expensive GPU may sound great but if another part of your pc is causing a bottle neck your new GPU may not show it's full potential.

You wont get that in every game unfortunately. You'll have to tone some stuff down.
