I have a wii u coming and went up to my lads room and nicked all the club Nintendo pages from all his games thinking I would add them to the 4000 points I saved when the wii was mine and my game cube points thinking with the wii u points I had enough to get the snes wii controller

and there all gone loyalty points shouldn't expire , what a rip

has anyone got Nintendo to give the points back ?

You won't, they have a life and that life varied, but you only lost 4000, I lost 15,000, when they had their old style site, and between them and the third party asshats(sales curve, I'm sure that was the name.) that handled it, they ****ed up royally when I went to purchase the gold Link/Epona statue, bought it, they took the stars, no statue ever showed up, instead I got a mail telling me it was out of stock, and as they only have a limited amount they cannot guarantee one.
When I queried this, all you get is the "tough" email from them, and Nintendo weren't interested, and instead their bots passed me onto the sales curve.

I asked if I could get the stars back, and was told, no, no refunds, then they took the last few thousand and my account went back to zero, when they expired.

They do send out mails informing when your stars will expire though.

Tetlee lost a lot too, IIRC.

I recently lost about 4000 too. They do warn you that the expire after 12 months I just forgot.

not a good loyalty program then , guess I will have to look on ebay for the snes controller

I fancy playing f-zero with an original snes pad like when I was 12

I have started just keeping my cards and not adding them until I have enough for something I want.

I've lost around 6000 points like this over the years.
I saved up a few cards when I bought a console and so e games then I putted them all at once. They all expired within a month and I never got to spend them.
I then lost another 2000 that I'd had on my account for ages as it didn't warn me they were about to expire.

Called support they would do nothing , called Nintendo head office and got through to public relations , there looking in to it , its like I said its a loyalty program , where's nintendos   Loyalty to me !!!!

And she agreed and is moving it higher up , she took my email and phone number and will get back to me as well as forwarding it on to the head off costumer service uk

You never know might get something out of it or they might let us keep stars for longer
