I'm with you mate. Stuck it on before for a quick 15 mins and that turned into a 2 hour session. Gets pretty tense when your a having some even match ups and your both missing/dodging blows.

My pegasus got surrounded earlier and destroyed. Twas a sad time
All my own doing though as I tried to get a bit greedy and impatient and it backfired.

Champions of Yore 1, is a nice map, loved the little challenge, and the 8 bit style music.
Thats where the grinding is gonna happen, i'll tell you.
Nearly weekly map releases too I see,

I've got 2 games on the go, 1 normal/classic, and the other on lunatic mode...jeez, the AI on that is souped up, and it's a ****ing nightmare..

Hah, I was playing earlier when you were, it popped up with the "friend is online" light.
Thought I would have a quick game, but it turned into a 3 hour, shut up woman, quick, gimme the charger, the red lights flashing in the middle of a battle, marathon.

Just ordered this, and will practice on the demo in the meantime! Strange as I'm not so much into straight rpgs, but I did love advance wars and the story/character stuff in FE looks great

Lost my archer last night (can't remember his name) shortly after equipping him with the blessed bow. Its the first time I've actually been gutted to lose a character. I know fire emblem veterans reset the game to get round the permadeath but I don't want to play the game like that so I'll live with my consequences
