Yeah definitely. Its great seeing results from tweaking positions, formations and playing style. This season I haven't had to barely alter mine as I've been steam rollering the division. Played 10, won 10, goals scored  42. I think I'm ready for the step up

My boys have floundered a bit in the beginner league. Their stats are generally a bit higher than the two teams I've lost to but they can't get a result. Playing a 4-4-2 with a diamond midfield to give my star midfielder Teixera a chance to get one of his patented banana shots off around the edge of the box. After one of my last games the Coach told me players with low heart power won't play well away from home, and most of mine are still on E-D for that stat. That's probably why I've lost so badly in online games and lost the two away games against the top 2 in the beginner league. I love the hidden depth in this game!

I got to the end of season 1 last night, just missed out on promotion by 2 points!. I think it'll give me a chance to bolster the squad's stats enough to make an impact on the next league up. I probably would have got relegated if I'd gone up this year. Now I'm in the off-season I'm concentrating on training up my reserve goalie and sharpening up my forwards' kicking abilities. Aiming for 50 goals next season, with none conceeded.

I'm going into some really intensive training in the offseason.  My squad is much better than when I started the season and I hope to increase it somewhat through targeted defensive and attacking training, using the DLC teams.

Hopefully I will take the Advance League by storm next season

I'm 5 games in my 3rd season (1st in the advanced league) and I'm sitting joint top. I play my rivals next so that's a title battle already

Just finished my 2nd season.  It fell apart a bit mid season,  but a change to 5-4-1 & some intensive training saw me get it back together again and I finished on a high beating the top of the league side 1-0 and the side just below me 3-0.  I feel that I could probably push for promotion now so after an off season of training, I should be on fire!

That's right mate. You can train each player just once a week with up to 3 cards.

Loving this game. I must admit that at first, I was almost tempted to agree with Dazimus as I just couldn't seem to get anywhere and was losing every friendly game. However, once the league the started and I tweaked my tactics and used a few cards to train some players, I started winning. I'm 5 games in, in my first league season and have won every game so far.

I've noticed that my players have started to visually get better and they are not losing as much stamina over matches especially where I have used training cards.

Still losing the odd occasional friendly or practice match but, they're close affairs. I can see myself losing a lot of time to this game.

@Dazimus, you need to stick with it because I lost my first 8 games or so before the league started and my rating dropped to 50% and I was really cheesed off. Then I started winning and my rating is now 74%. I haven't conceded in the league yet and scored 16 goals. I'm flitting between a loose 4-4-2 and 4-1-2-1. I keep my Def line on the edge of the area and the MF line close to it to cut down on space for opposing teams to exploit. My forward line is either at full stretch or at default depending in the tactic I employ.

How do you guys put your teams online?
