Yah, I read an article by an early third party developer (they didn't say which game but I'm guessing Zombi-U) about how horrible it was to work with the Wii-U's early tools and with little to no support from Nintendo on how to accomplish certain tasks.

Yeah I think that's the article. Poor show by the big N IMO, they should be supporting devs on how to code for the console but on the flip side Nintendo themselves were also finding out how much of challenge it was working with newer hardware and making HD games, one that they had underestimated.
