I've been taking a break as I wanted to finish DK: Tropical Freeze and Last of Us Remastered which I have now. Think I was at Chapter 4 but will maybe have another look at it.

Ha... I got DK Returns that I'm debating starting next... I really want to play it.  I have some fond memories of the late 90's with the first barrel shooting fun-ness.

I was the same but I have to say that it's one of the hardest games I've ever played as some of the timings for jumps etc were brutal. Looked lovely though and I really enjoyed it and the soundtrack is also one of the best I've heard in a game.

Finally finished this with 100 hours on the clock. Can't say i enjoyed the last couple of chapters.

I ended up switching off random encounters so i could whizz through, but still ended up with level 75 characters.

Well finally got this for Christmas and only just fired it up. Very glad I got round to playing it - it's excellent. Just sunk a full charge into it, and didn't realise the time!

I will say the the demo actually didn't do it justice - tricky to demo an RPG, but the game is much better than the demo implies. Great to get a pretty much fully voiced JRPG on 3DS, and the acting is good too.

If it continues at this quality I will be front of the queue for the sequel.

It's a brilliant game, I'm only on Chapter 4 and have had a blast with it. My 3DS has been neglected a bit while I play through a few Vita games, but I'll definitely come back to this once I get through those.

THE_FORCE

So after buying this last March, and not having switched my 3DS on for well over a year, and not having played any game for a couple of weeks, I've unwrapped this and got my 3DS on charge.

I think I've broken free of the hold that Playstation trophies had on me for the last 5 months, and I'm returning to playing games purely for the fun of it.
