Turning Kinect Wireless Via Wireless USB Adapter, XBOX One S?

I'm about to upgrade from the XBOX One to the XBOX One S, and I enjoy the use of the voice commands on the Kinect with the occasional Skype call from my family back home. One thing that I've always been annoyed about with the Kinect on the XBOX One is the special cable that you have to have run from where you want the camera to where your XBOX One is, but this new adapter for the XBOX One S appears to fix that problem. It looks like all that goes back to the XBOX One S is a USB cable.


Has anyone found a good wireless USB extender that essentially makes the Kinect a wirelessly connect to the XBOX One S? Anyone had any luck in this department? Seems like it would work well in theory. Excited to hear what you've came up with so far

I seem to recall some talk saying the USB link for Kinect on the S model is a custom job.

If thats true a USB wireless extender might not work if you can still find them, searching for anything with USB and wireless brings up network adapters.
