Hi can anyone help with this..?
My son had a 360 for several years, always had live gold, last year he got an XB1.
All worked fine. Just after xmas he spilled a drink in it and it blew and wouldn't turn on, so he bought an XB1S, but since then none of the backward compatible 360 games will now see his 360 profile..
They download and install but either say there is no active profile and that he cannot save, even though he is signed in to live, or it asks him to log in with an old 360 popup but when he chooses his profile is says it cannot connect to his 360 information..
He just downloaded lego star wars today and this is still doing it, it runs, then says there is no profile selected and he cannot save!
How do we sort this, thanks?? |
