What happened to the price matching offer? Took some 360 games in to match Grainger and was told they no longer price match competitors on any format.

Guy in the Darlington branch reckons it came down from Head Office.

I can't see it on the Website now either. Ill check in town this weekend. Be annoying if they have stopped doing this especially with the exclusives they get.

Its company wide now.

On some titles they're down on other places like CEX but sometimes they offer more so swings and roundabouts.

95% of the time they are way below CEX prices by a considerable degree. Very annoying they have done that..

Some newer titles have better trade in for cash or about the same for trade in but for most titles Game offer crap trade in for other games.

Picked up a mixed pile of 18 PS4, 360, Wii & PS3 games over the weekend at the weekend.

CEX Trade in - £121
Games Trade in - £71

£50 difference and on every game CEX offer more on cash and trade in. Ill be asking in Game tomorrow if they do still do it and show them the difference when they say they don't to see what there reply is. As for new Gen title Dirt Rally - CEX - £16 trade Game £10,

I must say the price match on trade then transferring to a gift card ready for a console purchase on offer was the last reason I would visit GAME
