Question Broken Xbox one?

I was browsing the store earlier this morning,when everything froze,couldn’t switch off via controller as that was froze too,so had to turn off via Xbox button.
Now the Xbox boots but can’t get a signal to the tv,when I’m on hdmi it says no signal.
Tired different cable,same result,tried different tv,same result[emoji16].
Also the controller now isn’t paired to the Xbox,and won’t pair either!
It is 4 years old,but hasn’t skipped a beat since I’ve had it.

Have got a Xbox S in my amazon basket waiting to be purchased as I think this one has gone [emoji853].
Any suggestions welcome!

Have you tried a hard reset, press and hold power button for 10 seconds ?

Or try pulling mains cable from the plug socket out of the power brick, then plugging back in after 10 seconds?

What fragdude said. Depriving any electronic device of all power can create miracles. It completely resets the functioning of the unit. A "harder" reboot so to speak. If that doesn't work, you probably have an issue.

That being said, Take the plunge and get a new model. At this point, I would surpass the S altogether and go for an X. I've got all three (Fatty, S & X), and in all honesty I find the S to be the quirkiest.

Tried everything,,but,yes bought the s!!

Thought about the X,but the s will do for now.
