New to current gen.

I have normal broadband at home.

My question is, will I survive online without fibre?

I won’t get a great deal of time to play, so I’ll be going for FIFA, Call of Duty, games you can play for short sessions.

Should be fine I only have standard broadband and mine runs perfectly, Gaming and watching Netflix, prime etc.

Out of interest, do you have the S or X console? If the latter, is it worth the extra cash?

I have standard Sky,  11mb.  Its fine.

This is on the X.   There is a huge difference on HDR gaming,  it really is impressive.  Though depending on the TV/Set up you have.
