I've never come across one that can connect to both consoles via each console's proprietary headset connection.
How I used the same headset with my 360, X1 and PS4 was via each one's optical connection with an optical selector between the headset and each console. So, for example, my Turtle Beach X41 base unit connects to the optical selector, then the selector connects to each console. I have a manual selector, so I just choose 1, 2 or 3 on it, depending on which console I'm playing.
I've used this set up for years, going back to before the X1 and PS4 were released, and it continues to serve me well. I don't have a PS4 anymore though, but still have my X1 and X1X connected to the optical selector. |
