In the Xbox settings, Advanced video settings, 4K TV details, is everything ticked green?

What TV do you have? And can you play other HDR content fine such as Netflix/Amazon?

I know for my Samsung TV I had to enable HDMI UHD Colour in the expert picture settings.

I'd suggest trying another HDMI input, but as you've said all ticks are green there's probably no point. I thought maybe the input you were using might not be 4/HDR compatible.

You might get a better result checking out the TV section of the forums. It could be that like my Samsung, there may be an option in the settings you need to enable, it just could be named something different. I don't have a Hisene TV so can only speculate.

I wouldn't fully trust the Xbox one detection screen as I changed to a 4K receiver on Friday and everything was green but when I tried to play a UHD I was only getting sound and the menu, tried changing to 1080p which was fine but when I tried to re-enable 4K it wouldn't work and all those green ticks turned to red.

Spent hours changing settings, connections etc and in the end determined it was the cable, it was good enough that sometimes the 4K HDR signal would get through but other times not so swapped it out and now zero issues.
