New TV and PS4 = Shocking motion blur?

Hello,

I'm just looking for advice on why I'm getting loads of Motion blur on FIFA17, Madden17, and my other mainly sports games on my PS4 (Non pro).

I've upgraded my TV from a Sony 40" Full HD to the Samsung UE55KS7000 4k TV, which from various reviews said it had good motion blur and v.low input lag of 21ms in game mode.

But FIFA17 has shocking blur when anything moves quick across the screen. Ok I know my PS4 is non 4k so didn't expect a better picture but I didn't expect it to get worse after spending £900 on a TV.

I've had a good fiddle with the TV settings, so is it just the TV? How is everyone else finding the old PS4 on any newer 4k 2016 TV's?

Any help appreciated, before I decide to change TV, As the TV for anything else is excellent so far!
