Same thing for me. It's really not exact.

over wireless broadband speed varies with signal strength. lower signal strength leads to lower speed. even with a good strong wireless signal you still wont get top speed. if your not getting the top speed when you do a wired connection then you have a problem

My router sits a few feet away from the PS4 (hence its not wired), when i get home i will plug it in and see what the speed diferences are. thanks for the advice
