Haven't used them myself, but seen them mentioned a lot for a number of years on Hotukdeals so they are legit.
Think on your very first order you have to call them to confirm payment over the phone, but afterwards there are no issues.

So if I buy a 12 month pass now from cdkeys, do I have to redeem the pass straight away, or do I have to wait until my current one expires in November?

You can redeem it whenever you like and it will stack on top of your existing subscription and add 12 months to your existing end date

Is it just me or does it seem we are getting fleeced £49 is a lot for having the honour of just being able to play online. Seriously thinking of getting rid of console now.
