Had to post this as it has complete transformed my DriveClub experience. I have always wished the game was 60fps on my PS4 Pro and I normally play all my games in the ‘Game’ mode on my LG 65B7 Oled tv so as to reduce latency to as low as possible, ie. turns off all the motion processing etc off by default.
However, I have recently read an article on my tv that advised that switching on motion processing effectively changes a 30fps broadcast to a 60fps one.
I therefore tried this with DriveClub and OMG the difference is astonishing
My settings are :-
Picture Mode = Standard
TruMotion = Smooth
Super Resolution = Medium
Colour Gamut = Wide
Dynamic Contrast = Low
Dynamic Colour = Medium
Everything else left on default for that picture mode.
Give it a try. I cannot notice the increased latency using my Thrustmaster wheel set up, nor any degradation in image quality. |
