Scrappage Scheme - 15% OFF Kronos

​Seen on Hi Fi UK, Hi Fi Audio London, UK Amps, Hi Fi London, Speaker London they are offering a scrappage scheme for 15% off.

It's only on items over £500 but it seems you can trade in anything really working or broken. I traded in an old broken VCR against a new NAD T657 blu ray player.

They seem to have a few numbers but I called them on the number at the top of the website.

Well if my experience is anything to go by, it's a good thing their scrappage deal has finished

Ordered Speakers on the 11th April

Sent scrappage Item on the 13th

Scrappage Item received on the 15th

No update on order until 21st (Multiple attempts to contact Kronos with little success in between times)

Was told on 21st, speakers no longer available, was offered some no mark brand speakers at approx the same cost or refund which I took

Radio silence until the 26th, to be told refund was being processed but could take up to 10 days

Waited until 9th May, still no refund, had to raise Paypal Dispute, got refunded same day

So all in all, wasted nearly a month and ended up £12 out of pocket for sending the trade in parts to Kronos
