I know this is an old thread, but I am coming up against a very similar situation. A Samsung that is £50 cheaper at RS than JL. I filled in the silly online form and sent it in over 24 hours ago, but no answer, so I just called and probably spoke to the same woman as the original poster. She had the same condescending attitude telling me it could take 72 hours to verify the price match.
RS is not a huge distance from here and JL is further. My only difficulty is that we received some JL gift vouchers that obviously couldn't be used at RS, otherwise I would have already dropped JL and had the TV here yesterday. Their online chat is never working and it just feels like JL customer service has taken a bit of a dive. |
