Flubit Returns?

I've started putting a few things through flubit after the recommendations on here but am just wondering what the procedure would be if you received a damaged item?   I am looking at a few steelbooks but am worried if they turned up damage I will have no course for replacement / refund.  Has this happened to anyone yet?

Flubit have a FAQ under "Contact".

What happens if I receive the wrong item, parts of my item are missing, the item is defective or it has been damaged during delivery?
A. If you have any problems with your order or your product, please contact the retailer. You can do this either via the “support” tab within your order page. Full refund and return details are listed on your offer page for that item. Remember new offers may come from different retailers and therefore include different return details.

Mine was delivered by thehut so you deal with thehut directly or whoever sent you the disc.

well i would just deal with flubit - i mean most of the items come from the retailer which is fireworks merchant, which isnt a retailer at all.

ive not had any problems yet though with damaged goods, hopfully wont have to deal with it.

I had The Last Stand come from Asda for £11 via Flubit, though it said £12.97 on the receipt.
Said go direct to Asda if there is a problem.

You're likely to end up dealing with the actual retailer, although flubit ask that you contact them first for advice, so I'd suggest doing that. They respond quite promptly within working hours.

http://www.flubit.com/ looks interesting -just tested it with 5 'demands' (although said I was limited to 4 per 24hrs).

Save me some money hopefully!

had mixed success with flubit-Last Stand arrived the saturday before release,Two Mules For Sister Sarah arrived ok but joe kidd and star trek the next generation never arrived...had a replacement for Trek but still waiting for Kidd. Then i got a despatch notice for A Good Day To Die Hard which was a surprise as it's not out till June...i received the cd soundtrack.
