What happens if I receive the wrong item, parts of my item are missing, the item is defective or it has been damaged during delivery?
A. If you have any problems with your order or your product, please contact the retailer. You can do this either via the “support” tab within your order page. Full refund and return details are listed on your offer page for that item. Remember new offers may come from different retailers and therefore include different return details. |
