Returns to Richer Sounds?

For the first time ever I have unboxed my LG OLED55C8PLA and was shocked that when I tried to switch it on nothing then on closer inspection it has a hairline fracture on the side and another on the  top. As I initially had help to transport I am rather bewildered how to return given its size.
Do you know if they collect and deliver a new one?
