I appreciate this may be a strange request when reading the title of the topic.

But the honest situation is I have a close friend who is literally a chain smoker. They cannot go 30mins to an hour without a cigarette. Which obviously is concerning as the damage that will be causing is quite scary.

I have suggested to them to try switching to E-Cigarettes but they don't really know much about them so are just sticking with regular ones.

My idea was, depending on the price of a decent one. I could get it as part of their Christmas present a decent E-Cigarette set in the hope it gets them to at least try it out to see what they think. But even better switch entirely to them from regular cigarettes.

I do not smoke myself. I do not touch the stuff so know next to nothing about E-Cigarettes other than the fact that its water vapour you are smoking and they have no tar in them. Two very important benefits in my eyes.

So can anyone knowledgeable on them recommend a good kit for me to buy please. Like I say its intended to be a Christmas gift.

Yeah the endura T18 is very good ive tried
one myself a mate had one,  as is the T22. Very good starter kit can't go too wrong there to be honest.

Next is what liquids to get, tobaccos are pretty bad in the ecig world.

So which would you recommend to get for a female chain smoker to make her possibly give up cigarettes and switch to vaping instead for her nicotine fix/addiction?

And one that is compatible with the T18 and T22. (Does the T18/T22 just use regular bottles?)

Ok I am totally confused at the Liquids.

I did some googling and found this website selling liquids (not sure if this is the cheapest/best to buy from, but this is how I found it via google search - googling cheapest liquids).

E Cigarette | Buy Electronic Cigarettes Online | E Juice - Mt Baker Vapor

They do Nicotine strength
0 mg/ml3 mg/ml6 mg/ml12 mg/ml18 mg/ml24 mg/mlAnd Blends
MAX VG30PG/70VG50PG/50VG70PG/30VGWhat combination should I get for someone who is a chain smoker to get them to stop smoking and works with the T22.

Looking at the device it's 1.5ohm and as your friend smokes a lot you need to try the higher nicotine levels like the 18 and 12 to start with or that's where I would start
I prefer the higher VG liquids with my setup, smoother draw and not so harsh.
So many devices on the market and so many choices but the secret is to get her interested in the ecig way of things.
Perhaps you have a local shop that you can both visit to look at what's available.
