Tried loads to give up the cigs as my breathing is really bad,..... a few times I have managed the odd 24 hours off even 4 days once
I have a 50 rolls per 24 hour habit
I was asking god the universe and anybody listening to help me last night just before nodding off to sleep haha
This morning my pouch of baccy ran out, I was about to nip to the shop when I thought for a minute.... “ the idea of £210 per month doesn’t convince me to stop!!!!”
Then I calculated that over the next 20 years I could save £51,100 blammin eck!!!!!!
It struck me I could have a fairly decent amount to bequeeth to my Son

Yeah get back on it, get into a new habbit of a real smoke a certain times and vape the rest and weed it down. New habbits are key, i went from couple a day to one a day to one on a sunday after pub to none. Once u get into the the vapes it's really good. And easy.

A guy in my work used to smoke 90  rollups a days and was on 4-5 50g packs a week. Some of us said he wouldn't make it thru last year if keeps on and was told to quit a few times when he was bad. And didn't quit.

Didn't get thru the year..

First hour this morning was a struggle after waking.....
Have just said to myself make it 48 hours (8 am tomorrow)
Intending to go for 72 hours at that point!!!
Found some menthol juice in the cupboard, I am on 3mg juices
The menthol was a refreshing change cleared the palatte....... have got two pipes on the go mango, menthol but the minty one needs less of a puff as its 50/50 so a bit harsh on the throat

What device and tank are you using out of interest? Even on a subtank if i was you may want to up it to 6mg for the time being.

Coolfire 4 plus with isub apex tank and a smok alien with big baby beast...... getting along fine on 3 I find I get a smoother draw on the coolfire plus the juice lasts longer in it

Ah cool yeah good tanks if happy stay on it [emoji106]  Vape club is great the short fills (50ml nic free in 60ml bottles) are decent value so have a look at them just remember to buy nic shots.
I bought 3 short fills few weeks ago as i can add my nic and top up at home but was sent a nic shot anyway free that done one of them to 3mg but if have no diy stuff at home remember to buy them.

I tried mixing my own last year, the big bottle is still there didn’t like it perhaps flavour......

Day 4 no cigs, got patch on have a mouthspray and been vaping..... 2 days i rarely vaped  nor used the spray but today has been a struggle
Have been using the coolfire 1V plus but flavour a bit weak, So dug out the Smok Alien half hour ago much tastier....... just wish it didn’t kane the juice so fast it is set at 55w
