Bought some e-liquid that says i need to dilute before use, but how?

lol, the title pretty much says it all, but here's the fuller version.

I've purchased an "I Love Donuts Too - Mix Series" e-liquid from Mad Hatter. It is 50ml of liquid, in a bottle that is 60ml. 0mg nicotine, and VG/PG ratio of 70/30.

It says on the box that I need to dilute before use, but i'm not sure how much (I take it it's 10ml?)  and of what i need to add. Can anyone help?

I'll also add that i want to add nicotine to it. I've purchased this separately, and it's a bottle of 10ml, with 20mg/ml on the bottle itself. I'm assuming this means that for every ml of this stuff has a 2:1 ratio?

Can I just dilute the main juice with the nictotine stuff, or do i still need to add other stuff?

What came with the ejuice? Did you buy it as 0mg liquid? You would have got a bottle of nicotine to dilute it included  otherwise.

But anyway if you want it to be a 3mg juice put 9ml of the bottle you bought in.  (mg means mg/ml)
But just put the whole lot in and the ejuice will end up 3.5mg ish.
Cant make it to more than that.

Thats right, bought it as a 0mg liquid ejuice, and he asked me if i wanted nicotine as well, so purchased a separate bottle of that.
So for the dilution that they mention on the ejuice, in my case do i just need to add the nicotine to it which will also dilute the liquid and it be ready to vape?

Yes just put it all in to make 60ml end up approx 3.5mg.

Only way they can sell 50ml bottles these days is to sell them 0mg and have you add to it. Easier to just buy packs of 3x10 or 6x10 if unsure about the mixing.
