Far too much. Most days during the week the only thing I can stop for (driving virtually non-stop) is either something from MacDee's (as they have drive thru) or a Ginsters pastry slice or pork pie etc from a service station...
I try not to do it of an evening, when I'm home. I'll try to cook something, or make a sandwich, but even then, it's not like I'm creating from scratch with all healthy foods/ingredients - it's still all mass-produced, ready to cook foods (not the £1 frozen cottage pies etc, but still not great stuff) |
