I used to love spin, would do two to three classes a week. It was great fun, the lights would be turned down, disco lights on, and a fun time had by all.
One of the biggest things to remember is to do what you feel you can do, the biggest mistake new people would make is try and keep up with the regulars, too often people would come and then never appear again. If you need to turn down resistance do it, if you need a breather take it, if a certain position hurts or doesn't feel right just do another, stuff what everyone else is doing or may think as they all went through it too. |
