It's best to start in the kitchen.
You are what you eat, so be more aware of foods.
I work long shifts too (4 on 4 off, 12 hours), and manage it. I also suffer from a bad back which luckily comes and goes, so have good days and bad.
You have got to stop making excuses for not training, even if it's only a half hours walk.
Hopefully the app will help, but you have to have the correct frame of mind in the first place. |
