Evening snack when at home... Swapped biscuits for two table spoons of Greek yoghurt topped with a handful of Bran Flakes and a liberal sprinkling of pumpkin seeds. Awesome and healthy, protein, good fats and a little sugar too.

But... Maybe it's time to stop thinking about losing more weight. You've done fantastically well now so maybe have a think about why you want to lose the extra half a stone. Is it because you choose this number to get to as a target? Everyone is different and everyone's life is dissent, work life and home life and the amount of activity they do, their build, genetics etc. Consider whether losing another half stone is required, proportionate for how your are going to live and eat for the rest of your life to keep that weight off.

For me, it isn't about the weight, I want to lose the belly fat and trim my waist down to 32 inches. Although I will reassess at 34".

One of the best bits of advice I was ever given was to remember that I have to live too, and I want it to be worthwhile, not full of stress worrying about whether or not some snacks will make me unhappy worrying about a few lbs.

I think sometimes people get so focused on a goal, they forget to look at the big picture to see why they started out aiming for that target and to re-evaluate their goals along the way.

I make lovely high protein cheesecakes

16g protein 9g fat and only 5g of carbs in a 160 calorie slice

Takes 15 mins to make a cake of 8 slices once a week.

Great to keep my fat and protein intake up and the carbs low. This means I don't get hungry. I still struggle to eat enough and always have a calorie deficit. I'm down from 13 stone to 11.25 since new year.

I also like scrambled eggs mixed with a toffee fudge flavoured protein powder : 3 eggs snd 1 scoop tastes like a pudding but has 14g fat 38g protein and 2g carbs at 300 calories.

Sure it's based on:

Protein Cheesecake Recipe With 3 Healthy Variations! - BuiltLean

360g low fat philadelphia
180g greek yoghurt
1 egg
1.5 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp stevia or other sweetener
2 tsp vanilla essence
Half cup of milk
Ground almonds for base dunno weight I just sprinkle them to cover bottom of baking pan.

I don't bother with salt and the milk stops it being too dense.

Mix the egg and stevia with the philadelphia then mix the rest in.

Takes 10 mins to mix tops.
Then bake at 160 degrees for 25 mins. Then 90 degrees for another hour.

Then I let it cool and keep in the fridge.

Just to add for other snacks you can't beat avocado and grapes
