I'm looking to do a little more jogging outside and would like to monitor my heart rate whilst jogging.
I use an iPhone 6 with the Runtastic app. Can anybody recommend a compatible bluetooth heart rate strap?

Thanks

I made a thread about this a while ago for my (then) iPhone 5s.
I now use it on my iPhone 6.

That's the one that's standing out for me at the moment, especially as it's a decent brand too.
Thanks.

I opted for the cheaper I-GotU monitor and whilst it's very well made the strap is horrendous. There's a constant feel of slippy and 2km into a run last night it dropped down to my waist so it ended up in my pocket for the rest of the run.

How's the strap on the Polar H7? I'm possibly going to return the I-GotU and try the Polar.

That's strange, I have got the I-GotU one and regularly run for 5 miles and it doesn't slip at all.
Just tighten it a little and try again.

I don't do any of that running stuff, I bought a car! But have no issues with the H7 strap.

Are you sure yours strap is set tight enough at the start?

Yes, the belt starts tight but the buckle moves little by little until the whole belt is slack enough to drop.

Sounds poor so perhaps send it back or see if they will provide a new strap.
