I've been training with a couple of lads at a gym where I work in London, however I'm back in Birmingham at the moment and want to carry on training on my own. Just wondering if people knew of any good sites that give examples of the best exercises to do with free weights and the correct way to carry these out?
Also wondering what peoples thoughts are on training particular muscles at same time, is it best to do back and biceps on the same day for example or would chest and biceps be more suitable? |
