Don't forget that you can also get whats called 'Bar Ends' on bikes where you prefer the T-Bar or Flat Bar.

I have these on my Marin Hybrid and they're very comfortable to ride with where you know you won't require to brake very often. Easy to switch back to the traditional method where the brake levers are too...
