Thanks everybody for the replies ill be making a few purchases from wiggle got my eyes on a new water bottle holder etc

maybe a dumb question but is chamois cream similar to aqueous cream? i sometimes use that as i have pretty large thighs from muay thai so was wondering if its worth me buying it if they are similar?

Chamois cream is similar but a little different. Bodyglide is good and water/sweat resistant as well.

Get Bib shorts, once you've used them, you'll never put the normal shorts on again

DHB are very good quality

normal for the moment, i cycle to training so i normally have a hoody and backpack on.
